What Are Fullz?
In the world of carding and fraud, the term “Fullz” is slang used to describe a complete set of a victims personally identifiable information (PII). This package usually includes the person’s full name, Social Security number (if its USA fullz), date of birth, address, phone number, and other sensitive details. Fullz are highly sought after because they provide everything we need to impersonate someone and commit various forms of fraud!

How Do Fullz End Up on the Net?
Fullz can be obtained through various methods, not a single one of them is legal. Here are some common methods used by blackhat hackers to acquire the data:
Data Breaches: Hackers exploit vulnerabilities in databases of companies, financial institutions, or government agencies to steal large amounts of personal data. These breaches can expose millions of fullz at once.
Phishing: A fraudster sends emails or create fake websites to trick individuals into providing their personal information. Once the victim enters their details, the hacker takes this information and compiles it into databases.
Malware: Hackers use RATs to infect computers and steal personal information stored on them. This can include keyloggers that record keystrokes, screen scrapers that capture data displayed on the screen, and other forms of spyware.
Skimming: Devices are installed on ATMs or point-of-sale terminals to capture credit card information. This data is then combined with other personal information to create Fullz.
- Social Engineering: Social engineering is when scammers trick people into sharing personal information by manipulating them psychologically. They might pretend to be someone from the bank or another trusted company.
- Insider Threats: Insider threats happen when employees or people with access to private information steal and sell it to fraudsters. Since insiders often have direct access to great databases, the information can be extremely high value.
What Do Fraudsters Do with Fullz?
Once fraudsters have obtained the fullz data, we use this information to commit various types of fraud:
Identity Theft: Fraudsters use Fullz to impersonate the victim, opening new credit accounts, applying for loans, or even committing crimes in the victim’s name.
